Ioan is the founder of GAC Enterprises Ltd and is responsible for guiding the firm and its leadership team to success.

For over 10 years, he has been working in the consulting, investment banking and asset management fields.

​

Alongside his role at GAC Enterprises, Ioan acts as the Head of Investment Operations at Kieger AG, a Swiss Asset Management firm.

​

Prior to joining Kieger, he worked in Asset Servicing at UBS, where he was  focused on providing solutions to institutional clients. In his earlier years with UBS, in the field of taxation for the French UHNW clientele, he was promoted Deputy Head of Tax Reporting Services France, driving various projects and part of the core project team that developed a new tax product for the French clientele.

He also serves as a director, as well as advisor, on a number of boards, one of them being with Hurree Labs Inc.

Ioan studied law at the Sorbonne University in France, Financial Accounting at IFP in Switzerland, and Management at the University of Wales TSD and the Ducere Global Business School in the UK.
